SJ Roberts Homes Celebrate Festive Weekend at Sweetlake Meadow.

It has been just over a year since Shropshire home builders, SJ Roberts Homes launched their new homes development in Shrewsbury – Sweetlake Meadow – with huge interest since launching and a number of new owners already enjoying their homes.

To celebrate the occasion and the upcoming Christmas season, the SJ Roberts Home team held a festive weekend on 25^th/ 26^th November 2017 – welcoming guests over the weekend with mince pies, fizz and presents for the visiting children.

The showhome has been decorated to make the most of the season – with glitzy lights, Christmas trees and all the spirit of the season on show.

Visitors also had the opportunity to enter a prize draw – with Charlene Phillips winning a luxury hamper stocked full of goodies.

New Homes Updates at Sweetlake Meadow

The festive weekend allowed visitors to see how the new homes development has moved forward since first opening in November 2016, with many homes now occupied and phase 2 of the build due to commence in 2018.

The current phase sees the introduction of a number of new house types including the Sutton and the Cardeston – both 4 bedroom detached homes that are perfect for family living – both of these house types are available to reserve now.

The Sutton is now available to visit as a viewing home at Sweetlake Meadow, with potential home buyers able to explore and see an SJ Roberts build first hand. The viewing home includes the high-quality kitchens, bathrooms, fixture and fittings that are part of every SJ Roberts Homes development.

SJ Roberts Homes also launched their new homes development in Whitchurch in October 2017. Croft Gardens is an exclusive new development of three, four and five bedroom bungalows and executive homes based in a much in demand location.

The development has proved hugely popular with 4 homes already reserved, one home occupied and 7 properties to be released over the coming months.
