When are you rewarded?

If you and your friend or family member follow the steps above and they proceed with reserving a home between the 1st – 30th of April 2023, we’ll reward you.

It’s as simple as that, and there’s no limit to the number of friends you can introduce. For every person you recommend who successfully legally completes the purchase of one of our homes at Allscott Meads, we’ll give you a £250 Marks & Spencer voucher.

Terms & Conditions

The purchaser must reserve a property between 1^st April – 30^th April 2023 for this offer to apply.

This offer only applies to plots on phase 1, phase 2A and phase 2B at Allscott Meads and the voucher must be fully completed and presented to our Sales Team at the time of reservation. At the time the voucher is presented, the person referring must have already successfully legally completed on their own SJ Roberts home at Allscott Meads and must have purchased the property directly from SJ Roberts Homes to qualify. The form must be signed by all parties (the person referring, the person/people referred and a member of our Sales Team). Upon successful legal completion of the person/people referred home at Allscott Meads, the person that referred them will receive one £250 Marks & Spencer voucher. There are no limitations to the number of recommendations the person referring can make, but only one voucher will be given per home purchase, and each purchaser that the person refers between the 1st- 30th April 2023 must legally complete the purchase of their Allscott Meads home before the person that referred them can claim eligibility to receive a voucher. Please allow two weeks after the completion date for receipt of the voucher. In the event of the completion not taking place due to either party pulling out for any reason, the incentive will not be honoured. SJ Roberts Homes reserve the right to withdraw the incentive at any time.
